Rules for operatingon Mascot Bill.

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Mascot Bill websites, dashboards, hosted workflows, APIs, documentation, payment links, invoice checkout pages, pre-authorization flows, bank and ACH workflows, SME loan intake tools, messaging, reporting, and related services.

By accessing or using Mascot Bill, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use Mascot Bill.

Additional terms may apply to specific products, payment processors, bank connection providers, messaging services, API access, beta features, or financial partner services.

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and use Mascot Bill only for lawful business purposes. If you use Mascot Bill for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You are responsible for account credentials, workspace configuration, invited users, API keys, roles, permissions, and all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate account, business, contact, tax, payment, and compliance information and keep it current.

Mascot Bill helps teams create and manage hosted payment and intake workflows, including payment links, invoice checkout, pre-authorizations, manual payment records, ACH and bank verification workflows, loan application links, loan offer workflows, customer messages, dashboard reporting, and API-powered workflow creation.

You are responsible for the content, amounts, customer details, loan terms, payment instructions, messages, documents, business representations, and settings you submit or publish through Mascot Bill.

We may modify, improve, suspend, discontinue, or limit features, including beta or experimental features, at any time where needed for product, risk, compliance, or operational reasons.

Mascot Bill may rely on payment processors, card networks, ACH providers, bank connection services, and financial partners to support payment, verification, refund, dispute, loan, or repayment workflows.

Those providers may impose onboarding, verification, underwriting, prohibited-business, transaction monitoring, chargeback, reserve, settlement, payout, and reporting requirements. Their decisions may affect your ability to use certain Mascot Bill features.

Transactions may be delayed, declined, reversed, refunded, held, charged back, or subject to additional review. You remain responsible for your products, services, customers, refunds, taxes, disputes, and compliance obligations.

Mascot Bill is not a bank. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, Mascot Bill does not guarantee financing, approval, settlement timing, borrower qualification, transaction success, or payment processor availability.

Fees may include subscription fees, transaction fees, processor fees, usage fees, integration fees, support fees, or custom pricing described at checkout, in an order form, in your dashboard, or in a separate agreement.

You authorize Mascot Bill or its providers to charge applicable fees and taxes using the payment method on file. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in writing.

You are responsible for taxes, duties, assessments, and similar charges related to your use of Mascot Bill, excluding taxes based on Mascot Bill income.

You must comply with the Mascot Bill Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws, regulations, processor rules, card network rules, sanctions requirements, and financial partner requirements.

You may not use Mascot Bill for illegal, deceptive, abusive, high-risk, unauthorized, infringing, harmful, or restricted activities. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, hold or block workflows, or report activity where required or appropriate.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information. You are responsible for providing notices and obtaining consents required for your customers, borrowers, payers, team members, and other end users.

You must not submit sensitive information unless the relevant workflow supports it and you have authority to do so. You must protect account credentials, API keys, webhook secrets, and exported records.

You grant Mascot Bill the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, store, analyze, and otherwise use submitted data to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the services.

API access, terminal authorization, webhook events, and documentation access are provided for approved accounts and may be subject to rate limits, access keys, security controls, logging, and additional rules.

You must not expose API keys, bypass access controls, overload systems, scrape private areas, interfere with webhooks, or use integrations to violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

Mascot Bill and its software, designs, logos, documentation, APIs, workflows, user interfaces, and related materials are owned by Mascot Bill or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Mascot Bill for your internal business operations. You retain ownership of your submitted content, subject to the rights you grant us to provide the services.

Feedback may be used by Mascot Bill without restriction or obligation to you.

Mascot Bill is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, and transaction success.

Mascot Bill does not provide legal, tax, accounting, credit, underwriting, or financial advice. You should consult qualified professionals for those matters.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mascot Bill will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, business, goodwill, revenue, or expected savings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mascot Bill total liability for claims relating to the services will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid to Mascot Bill for the services giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event or one hundred U.S. dollars.

You may stop using Mascot Bill at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, fail to pay fees, provide inaccurate information, trigger processor or partner restrictions, or use Mascot Bill in a way that may harm customers, end users, providers, or Mascot Bill.

After termination, certain provisions continue, including payment obligations, data rights needed for records and compliance, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, dispute terms, and any other provisions that by nature should survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the website, dashboard, email, or another appropriate channel. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
